To have your bin collected you must:

Put it at the side of the road before 7 a.m. on collection day
Make sure it is visible from the road
Make sure it is cleared of snow and accessible
Make sure that the wheels of the bin are oriented towards the road

Septic

You must empty the septic system of permanent residences every two years and the septic system of seasonal residences every four years. When you have made an appointment with a company to empty your septic installation, please contact the municipality to obtain the form which gives access to the MRC wastewater treatment plant between the months of May and October .
