Did you know that the Outaouais SPCA now offers its services in the MRC de la Vallée-de-la-Gatineau?

Since the beginning of this year, the MRC de la Vallée-de-la-Gatineau (MRCVG) has adopted a bylaw declaring its jurisdiction over part of the area of safety concerning animal management and control for all of its municipalities (available in French only) and the bylaw concerning animals applicable by the Sûreté du Québec in municipalities and unorganized territories of the MRCVG repealing and replacing bylaw no. SQ 2021-005 (R.M. 2021-357) as well as any previous related regulations (available in French only). 

The services offered by the Outaouais SPCA include:

• Animal control
• Sale of municipal licenses
• Management of lost and found animals
• Animal adoption
• Animal transfer of ownership (by appointment)
• Microchipping (by appointment)
• Cremation
