National day for the promotion of positive Mental Health

 

At its last municipal meeting, the council unanimously adopted a resolution proclaiming March 13 as National Day for the Promotion of Positive Mental Health in the municipality of the Township of Low. This initiative was launched by the Mouvement Santé Mentale Québec, and since 2022 several municipalities have joined the campaign.

The promotion of positive mental health aims to increase and maintain the individual and collective well-being of the population, and to foster resilience. This year's theme is Accept Yourself - Let's be ourselves together (available in French only). Here are a few tips:
